Investment Options
 

To qualify for the Greece Golden Visa, applicants must make one of the following investments:​

   1- Real Estate Purchase (Most popular option):

Purchase value must be minimum €250,000 in designated areas, €400,000 in other regions,

and €800,000 in high-demand locations such as Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, and Santorini.

   2- Investment

Investment of €500,000 in Greek government bonds, shares of Greek companies, or an investment fund. In the alternative, investment of €250,000 in a Greek startup or business venture.

Residency and Citizenship Requirements

 

Residency Permit:

Valid for five years and renewable as long as the investment is maintained.​ Allows you to have access sa-free travel across the 27 countries of the Schengen Area

​

Citizenship Eligibility:

Visa holders can apply for Greek citizenship after completing continuous residence in Greece for 7 years. For continuous residence, physical presence in Greece for at least 183 days per year is required.
